Are you an adult looking for a change of pace, or do you just want variety in your workout routine?  Our Adult Fitness Classes include strength training, cardiovascular development, and conditioning.  All Bootcamp classes are run in 8-week segments; however, YOU CAN JUMP INTO THE CLASSES AT ANYTIME or you can register for a FREE trial session.  Contact Devon Ramella at dramella@velocitysp.com for more information.
