Are you looking for a Sales/Marketing Internship......well, we have the right position for you.  The Sales/Marketing Internship will educate all participants in every aspect of marketing the Velocity Sports Performance Franchise, while also providing real-work experience and practial networking opportunities.  Interns will assist the Operations Manager/Athlete Recruiter and the Community Relations Manager.  He/she will assist in marketing Velocity Sports Performance through generating creative ideas for marketing, creating flyers and brochrues for specific events and through local sponsorship events, either on or off-site.  He/she will also help with the day-to-day operations of the center such as scheduling clients, assisting on tours, handling phone inquiries, etc. 
 
Qualifications:

-The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
-Willingness to learn about all aspects of the business

Are you looking for a Sports Performance Coach Internship....well, we have the right position for you.  The internship will provide assistance to the coaching staff, including performing coaching duties, maintenance and care of equipment, as well as the day-to-day opertions of the center.  Duties and functions are as follows:
-Learn and understand the Velocity Sports Performance protocols by shadowning our coaching staff
-Teach prescribed exercises to athletes
-Help the coaching staff with daily duties
-Prescribe a movement, strength, or conditioning program for an example athlete with help from our staff
-Assist the Sales/Management staff where needed
 
Qualifications:
-Candidate for a degree in an Exercise related field
-Ability to learn and adapt to teaching styles
-High motivation and energy level
-Good people skills, flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
-High comfort level working with age groups between 7 and 18
