October’s athlete of the month is Ryan Say.  Ryan is a special athlete whose consistent training and never give up attitude is paying off. He is a junior on the baseball team at El Modena High School playing the positions of pitcher, first and third base. We have all been told to “Sit up straight” or “Don’t slouch your shoulders” at some point in our lives, usually by our Parents. It turns out they were teaching us to improve our posture.
