We are seeking 30 individuals over the age of 25 who are not currently exercising and who can
commit to 60
minutes of moderate exercise 3 mornings a week at 5:30am in Anaheim Hills.
minutes of moderate exercise 3 mornings a week at 5:30am in Anaheim Hills. The study will last 26 days and begins on October 5th. The goals of the study are for each participants to lose 5 to 10 pounds of fat, decrease their total measurements by 2 to 6 inches, increase strength by 20%, lower blood pressure by 10%, and reduce resting heart rate by 10%. Dietary guidelines (aimed to be easy to implement) are included, and compliance with them will be more important for the purpose of the study. There is a $30.00 one time fee to cover pre and progress fitness testing. Register online below
