Velocity Mega Sports Birthday Parties

 
· The Mega Sport’s Birthday Party at Velocity Sports Performance is a celebration that your young athlete will never forget!
· Parties are held in our state of the art, indoor training facility, which features 14,000 square feet of synthetic grass turf, basketball court and batting cages.
· Parties are supervised by a Sports Coach and a party room attendant.
· Parties are 2 hours with 90 minutes in the field house (including breaks) and 30 minutes for cake, present opening, and other birthday party fun.                                                                                       
 
· Our goal is to make your party as stress– free as possible.  Our facility features WI-FI, a television viewing area for parents, as well as a comfortable skybox viewing area of the arenas.  Birthday leader will assist with set up and will be responsible for clean up of the party area.
     
Party times available:                             
Fridays:   6:15pm - 8:30pm
 
Saturdays:  1:30pm - 3:45pm                                    
                  4:00pm - 6:15pm                                                
 
What’s Included?
Your Mega Sports Party will include 1 hour and 30 minutes of age appropriate games, sports activities, music, and tons of active fun! Sports include basketball, football, frisbe, batting cages, dodgeball, and many more!
 
We provide:
· A Sports Coach to lead the fun + a party room attendant to help with party room activities.
· VelocitySports Performance T– Shirt for Birthday athlete
· Party Space with table, tablecloth, and seating.  Free Gatorade for all guests. Paper goods (forks, plates, cups)
 
 You provide:
· Birthday Cake, candles, and any other snacks / treats.  Please call ahead to check on refrigeration, or any other special needs.
· Decorations, balloons, gift bags, if you like...
 
Birthday Bash Pricing:
  • Cost is only $229.00 for up to 15 guests + birthday athlete (each additional guest is $18.00)
  • Only one party is allowed per time period. Maximum of 20 party athletes per time period.
 
*A parent or legal guardian of each child attending must sign emergency contact/ past injury form before or when dropping off at party.
*Children should wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes.
*All children must be picked up promptly.  Parent/ guardian of birthday athlete must wait in lobby with any guests not picked up.
* Party room is available for set up 15 minutes before the scheduled party time.  If you wish to put up additional decorations, it is your responsibility to remove them.
 
Deposit and Payment
A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve your date and time.  This will be refunded 48 hours after completion of the party if no special cleaning is necessary and no damage is found after party. 
 
Payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card is accepted. 
 
Full payment is due at least 14 days before party or reservation is cancelled. 
 
If reservation is made less than 14 days before party date, full party fee + deposit is required at time of reservation.
 
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
 
If cancellation or request for rescheduling is received in writing:
 
  • more than 14 days before the party full refund of payment + deposit
  • 7-14 days before the party – refund of payment, not deposit
  • Less than 7 days before the party – no refund, no rescheduling
 
Rescheduling upon host’s request within 7 days is considered a cancellation, and will incur the same fee.
 
Important! Reservations are NOT final until we receive a deposit.
