Competitive and Elite Training for High School Athletes
Elite Training Program Designed for college and college bound athletes, participation in our elite training program is by invitation only. Our Elite Training PRogram helps elite athletes avoid injuries and improve the skills they need to be successful in the college recruiting process and in a college program. Less than 5% of high school athletes will play at the college level. We focus on developing the speed and quickness necessary to secure a coveted college spot. We also ensure that our athletes have a solid foundation in the weight room so that they can meet the demands of a college strength program. Our trainers have extensive experience with professional athletes and a large network of contacts. They have been collegiate and professional athletes themselves. They are happy to communicate with college strength coaches on behalf of our elite athletes.

Competitive Training Program Our Competitive Training Program is designed for the serious high school athlete who wants to be a Varsity starter. As the name suggests, this is a competitive group. By stressing competition in training, it becomes second nature on the field or court. Athletes in the Competitive Training Program will further develop first step quickness, proper speed mechanics, top end speed, cutting, balance, agility and strength. They will apply speed, agility and quickness to sport specific movements. Depending upon sport, metrics like a 40 time, 60 time, vertical jump or bench press will be measured to ensure relevant training progress. Our Competitive Training program is designed for committed athletes who wish to develop an ongoing relationship with our trainers that allows for their training to be highly individualized and sport specific.
