Fundamental Training for Youth Athletes

At Velocity we recognize that there are a small number of youth athletes (ages 9-11 years) who are mentally mature enough to participate in a training program.  Our Fundamental Training Program is designed for young athletes who play a competitive sport or desire to play a competitive sport.   It teaches proper athletic movement mechanics at an age when bad habits are still at a minimum.  It helps athletes move efficiently and address muscle imbalances that may lead to poor mechanics and injury later on if left alone. 
Velocity does not accept all athletes ages 9-11 into its Fundamental Training Program.  We offer a complimentary trial session and one of our elite trainers will determine whether a young athlete is prepared for our curriculum.
