A.J. graduated from Purdue University where he recieved his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health and Fitness. He completed an internship at Velocity Sports Performance in Greensboro, North Carolina where he was able to observe and assist in a variety of Velocity's workouts.

 

A.J. is NFPT certified and has worked and personal trained in local fitness centers while in college, where he worked with a variety of people with different fitness goals.

While working with Velocity Sports Performance, A.J. splits his time between the facility in Carmel and University of Indianapolis as a strength coach.
