- Graduated from University of Minnesota - Moorhead
- BA Exercise Science
- Seeking certification from CSCS
- Internship at Meritcare Sports Med. (strength and condition program)
- Minor in Business Administration
- USA Weightlifting Certification, 2008
Experience/Achievements:
- Prepared many top NFL draft eligible athletes
- Trained many top level amatuer baseball, soccer and football players as well as athletes playing in NFL Europe
- Member of Minnesota Maulers national championship team (running back and receiver) semi-professional football league 2002-03
- Nominated to play in annual national semi-pro all-star game in Las Vegas 2003
- Personal Trainer since 1999 working with all fitness levels
- Assistant basketball coach at Moorhead elementary school 1998
- Inductee of Mississippi Gulf Coast Hall of Fame for football excellence 1995
- Varsity high quarterback touchdown leader in conference 1994-95
