Our Sports Performance training starts with 3rd-5th graders in our
Youth program where we introduce and create foundations of overall
athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. Athletes
in grades 6-8 join our Developmental program where we focus on
progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and
fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. Training for
Competitive athletes in grades 9-12, begins to

The Home School program is a small group class for athletes ages 8-18. These 60-minute sessions are designed to
introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and
high-success environment. We place a high priority on running technique,
athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of
essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child's
athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term

Velocity recognizes that in order to build a winning team
you need to develop, and integrate, the athleticism of all athletes.
training is one way to insure that all athletes are working together for
good of the team. Training may be conducted as an "extra" practice
during the season or better yet, invite a Velocity Performance Coach to
the team at a regularly scheduled practice. Together, players can learn
some new strategies for making them faster, more explosive athletes.
