Winter/Spring 2010 Training Schedule  
(Begins January 1st, 2010)
 
Below is our winter/spring 2010 class schedule.  We are offering classes in the late afternoon and evening to accommodate our athlete’s school schedules. 
To make sure your training runs smoothly and we maintain a maximum of 10 athletes per session; please reserve your classes online or by phone.  Instructions for online reservations are available at the front desk. All classes will be filled on a first-come, first served basis with others added to a waiting list. 
 
  **NOTE:  If classes are full and we do not have additional coaching staff available, walk-in or unregistered athletes will not be able to participate in that session.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  We appreciate your assistance in helping us maintain our coach to athlete ratio.**
