Coach Yansick grew up locally and is a graduate of Holy Cross High School where he excelled in both football and wrestling.  Dave then attended Wesley College where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education with a focus on Exercise Science.  While earning his degree, Dave not only played football for the Wolverines for four years, he also served as the Assistant Defensive Backs Coach for an additional year.  With a combination of his experience and passion for strength and conditioning training, Dave is committed to helping local athletes improve their overall athleticism.
