- Originally from Sugar Land, Texas and now residing in Downtown Houston
- Has worked with Klein Oak Varsity Softball, Willowbrook Volleyball Club and FC Texans Soccer as strength and conditioning coach
- Began career at Velocity Sports Performance in August 2008 as a Sports Performance Specialist
- Played baseball, football and basketball competitively growing up
