2. Analyze Sales Databases:

Review reports for sales, prospects, renewals, conversions, etc.

Diagnose training and resource needs based on database input
3. Develop and Administer the Marketing / Advertising Plan

Identify and implement advertising plan

Manage website, newsletter, and marketing communicating pieces
4. Set goals for monthly revenue:

Designate individual quotas for staff

Supervise commissions
5. Manage Sales Staff:

Conduct weekly and/or monthly Goal Setting and Review sessions with each employee

Weekly sales training and practice

Oversee new employee orientation training
6. Monitor Daily Sales Activity:

Review daily call logs

Inspect appointment book and sales activity board daily

Conduct daily sales huddles

Collect daily performance planners, referral sheets
7. Assist with Sales Activity:

Field inbound telephone calls, and conduct follow up calls to prospects

Conduct facility tours and make presentations to prospects
