Director of Recruiting

Reports To: Franchisee, Center Director
 
Job Responsibilities:  The Director of Recruiting is responsible overseeing all lead generation and branding functions of a Velocity Sports Performance facility.  In addition, the Director of Recruitment manages team and sales processes, generates leads by establishing and maintaining community relationships, and coordinates sales-oriented marketing initiatives. 
 
 Most Important Monthly Contribution: Generate specified number of prospects per month.
 
Objectives:
 
1.  Manage prospect generatining activities:
  •  Develop and supervise referral and renewal programs
  •  Seek large training contracts with clubs, schools, sports teams, and businesses
  • Prepare and deliver seminars and speeches in the community
  • Supervise community event efforts

 2.  Analyze Sales Databases:

  • Review reports for sales, prospects, renewals, conversions, etc.
  •  Diagnose training and resource needs based on database input 

3.   Develop and Administer the Marketing / Advertising Plan

  • Identify and implement advertising plan
  •  Manage website, newsletter, and marketing communicating pieces 

 4.   Set goals for monthly revenue:

  •  Designate individual quotas for staff
  •  Supervise commissions

5.  Manage Sales Staff:

  •  Conduct weekly and/or monthly Goal Setting and Review sessions with each employee
  •  Weekly sales training and practice
  •  Oversee new employee orientation training

6.  Monitor Daily Sales Activity:

  •  Review daily call logs
  •  Inspect appointment book and sales activity board daily
  •  Conduct daily sales huddles
  •  Collect daily performance planners, referral sheets 

7.  Assist with Sales Activity:

  •  Field inbound telephone calls, and conduct follow up calls to prospects
  •  Conduct facility tours and make presentations to prospects
  •  Assist Center Director with client concerns
