Biography

Bill Costa has lived in Fresno for over 25 years where he attended school at Fresno High and Fresno State .  While in high school, he was a three sport lettermen in football, basketball, and track.  Honors in high school were City County All-Star and also recognized as a Harry Coffee All-American.  After high school he attended Fresno State where he played outside linebacker for the Bulldogs.  The team went 11-1 his senior year and was not only conference champions but were also bowl champions and broke the AP top 25 rankings that year.  After he received his B.A in Speech Communications, he gave the NFL a try as a free agent and was scouted by the Dallas Cowboys.   He knows first hand how speed, power, and agility training can help an athlete reach their goals.  He has been married for 15 years to wife Lisa and they have 3 little girls together, Mikahla, Karli, and Leilani.  Favorite movie would have to be Water Boy, and his favorite food is any type of buffalo wing.
