We live in a time when childhood obesity is at an all-time high. Many youth programs are not designed to develop young athletes as a whole. We strive to instill a healthy lifestyle in the next generation of athletes. This program focuses on building a solid foundation for athlete so when they reach the middle school and high school ranks, they will already be a step ahead of their competition.
We have an improved Adult Performance curriculum! Now being offered more than a dozen times during the week: morning, noon and evening! This revised program was developed for the recreational/competitive athlete or fitness enthusiast in search of a fast paced high energy workout structured for total body conditioning.
These classes will require higher demands similar to those expected at the high school level, and challenge athletes to excel in all aspects of athletic performance. Olympic lifting and free-weight training protocols are structured to develop endurance, strength, and athletic power, with continued development and focus on proper technique and safety.
The Developmental 1 Class is designed for young athletes (ages 12-14) who, prior to entering the high school ranks, want to gain athletic and psychological advantages. These 90 minute classes certainly enhance athleticism and promote injury prevention.
