An active, dynamic warm-up incorporates a series of stretching, mobility and coordination drills to activate the muscles, elevate the heart rate and prepare your body to sweat!  Our degreed coaches will be able to find where your body is strong and/or weak and what areas are tight and need more range of motion.

No two work outs are the same.  We promise the 60 minutes you spend with us will be challenging, full of variety and educational.  We promise to provide multidirectional training that transcends the treadmill and pushes, rather than sets limits.
 
Increase strength and stamina
Lifting weights helps increase muscle mass, which in turn, helps increase your resting metabolic rate.  The more lean muscle your body has, the more calories you burn on a daily basis.  The strength portion of the class will keep the heart rate up while pushing your body to new limits.
 
Reduce the likelihood of injury
From beginning to end, from the warm up to the last stretch, every drill will help you feel your best.  Improving flexibilty increases the range of motion your joints will have and sometimes that can be the solution to relieving pain.  We aim to provide prehabilitation drills that improve the body and prevent future injuries.
