Lone Peak BBall Team: We have had the privilege the last few months to work with the Lone Peak basketball team. We would like to honor the team as our athlete of the month for their recent accomplishments. The team was able to go to a national tournament in Kansas and take the championship. It is working hard to maintain its standing as one of the top programs in the state. The athletes have made improvements in their time training with us. With training at Velocity, and results at tournaments, there is no doubt we have not heard the last from this school. We wish them continued success and hope all their hard work continues to pay off for them in the future.

He has a great work ethic and brings a great personality to the training sessions as well. Recently, Kaden has improved on his acceleration running mechanics. He is much more efficient and more powerful in his first 10 yards. This is attributed to improved mechanics that the coaches have been teaching him and will help him on the field with his speed and explosiveness. As Kaden continues his training and prepares for another football season, we wish him the best of luck!
