Birthday Parties

Velocity Sports Performance proudly hosts parties on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. 
 
Typically, our parties are 90 minutes in length.  Kids (ages 7-12) enjoy 75 minutes on the turf field playing and engaging in a variety of supervised and coached activities such as soccer, flag football, kick ball, dodge ball, relay races and a few games we have made up.  The activities are based on the desires of your family and no two parties ever need to be identical. 
 
After playtime, parties enjoy 15 minutes in the party area, all set up by the 2 hosts. We handle the clean-up. Parents bring the cake and beverages.   

Parties cost $250 for up to the first 15 children. Each child thereafter is an additional $10. The limit on a typical party is 20 children. Prices can be reduced to $200 plus $10 if the party lasts 60 minutes.

(1)   A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party time.  The full deposit will be refunded if a party is cancelled at least two weeks in advance. One week in advance will result in a $50 refund. Three days or less will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
 
(2)   All children are required to bring a signed waiver with them to the party. These are provided to the host family electronically prior to the party.
 
(3)   We provide two coaches who lead the entire party and handle clean up. We can provide sport specific plates and cups if desired.  Cakes and drinks are provided by the host family.
 
(4)   We can provide Velocity items at cost. These items are things like shirts, hats, water bottles, etc.  We require two weeks notice to ensure that delivery of these items is timely as we have to order them.
 
(5)   Each guest will receive a discount coupon for our programs.
 
(6)   The birthday boy/girl will receive a t-shirt and a coupon for 1 week of free training if they are not already a member.
 
Our parties are unique. We want them to be fun and what your child desires.
