Nike Summer Performance Series

 
It doesn’t matter what sport you play--you can’t become a better player by just playing more.  You need to improve your overall athleticism.  The Velocity Sports Performance Nike Summer Performance Series will focus on: 
 
  • Developing explosive power
  • Increasing your speed
  • Improving agility
  • Reducing the likelihood of injury   
The camp features both skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ Training.  Velocity Sports Performance and the Nike Summer Performance Series can take you to the next level.

Quarterbacks and receivers ages 8 to 18 can learn the art of passing and catchingthe football from two of the top quarterbacks in the history of University of Louisville.

Quarterbacks will learn the proper throwing platform, scrambling techniques, recognizing pass defenses, common line-of-scrimmage reads, plus drills that can be beneficial to performance.

RECEIVERS will learn stance/start techniques, separation techniques, maneuvers to attack a variety of defensive pass coverages, plus fundamental catch drills that develop concentration and focus.
