This year their goals are higher and these girls are putting out the effort to help the team get their. Their class was basketball specific and worked on vertical jump technique, jump height, and movement, movement, movement. The girls feel their greatest gains were made in acceleration technique, strength, and overall conditioning. Over the past 2.5 months their attendance was almost perfect and they supported and motivated each other during the workouts.
