at Velocity Sports Peformance Mahwah
 
When:  We schedule parties on Saturdays starting at 4 pm for 2 hours, some Sunday available in summer. Check availability
 
Ages:  8 – 13 yrs old
 
Basic Birthday Package
$300 up to 20 kids & $10 each additional child
 
Your Birthday Party package includes:
  • Use of the facility for 2 hours, coaching staff, tables and chairs, and prizes for top two in both broad jump and vertical jump.
  • Invitation inserts with directions to our facility from Rt. 17 North & South.
  • The first 45 min of the party is structured activity including obstacle coarse, relay races, basketball and jump station.
  • Then we have ½ hour for pizza and/or cake.
  • The last 45 minutes is free play where the kids can play flag football or soccer on the turf, basketball, dodge ball, run relay races, or use the slide boards. The coaching staff will remain on the floor to help organize free play.
You provide: cake and/or pizza, candles, plates, napkins, plastic tablecloths, snacks for adults, drinks, cups, utensils.
 
All Inclusive Party
$400 up to 20 kids & $20 each additional child
 
Includes all of the above activities but we will also provide:
  • Pizza (2 slices per child)
  • Gatorade and/or water
  • All plates, napkins, utensils, cups, plastic tablecloths
You provide only: cake and candles, extra snacks for kids and adults.
**Gratutity not included in price - usual is $10 - $25 per coach
 
 
A deposit of $100 is required to hold a date, which is refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the party date.
 
Take home gifts available (t-shirts, mini soccer balls, waterbottles) – please inquire.  Orders for these gifts must be placed 2 weeks in advance of the party to guarantee availability.
