- Graduate of Notre Dame on Dean’s List with degree in Government and International Relations and Computer Applications.
- Earned Masters at University of Delaware in Urban Affairs & Public Policy.
- Three-year letter winner as a defensive back on the Notre Dame Football Team
- In High School Rated one of top 100 players in state by Dallas Morning News and Houston Chronicle at Kingwood High School, Texas District 22-5A offensive MVP in 1999 and also earned all-district running back honors, all-district pick at cornerback as junior in 1998, two-time all-conference pick who was captain and team MVP as senior
