Youth Program - Athletes ages 7-11

The Youth Program is designed to teach basic athletic skills to students ages 7-11 while creating a fun, positive atmosphere. The program helps students develop all aspects of athleticism during their growth years.
            Typical sessions focus on:

                - Agility - Balance- Coordination - Running technique - Muscle endurance
                - Body weight strength exercises - Movement efficiancy

During a Youth Program, fundamental skills are taught with a variety of exercises, activities, and games. This is done to reinforce correct technique while catering to shorter attention spans of youth athletes.

Youth Sessions are 60 minutes long and students typically attend 2-3 classes per week.

Junior Program (Ages 10-11)

The Junior program was created to challenge the older students in the youth program. The curriculum is similar to what is described above, but the class moves at a quicker pace and provides more challenging body weight strength exercises than the youth program. The Junior program prepares the young athletes to move up to the more challenging Developmental I program.
