If you want maximum results in a minimal amount of time, the Velocity 1-on-1 sports performance training program is for you. Designed to help you achieve your speed, power and agility goals, our 1-on-1 program involves regular sessions with a certified sports performance coach. After going through the initial pre-testing session (used to gauge your speed, power and flexibility) we design a customized program that will help YOU reach YOUR performance goals.

The 60-minute super charged workouts change each time and all the attention is kept on you. We will never put you on a large machine and just say, “do 12 reps here.” Regardless of past or current injuries, every exercise can be modified to work around any issues you may have. Repetition is the key to long term speed change. There is no better way to apply more reps than 1 on 1 with our certified strength coaches. A recommended schedule is 2-3x a week.
If you demand more attention than our regular group sports performance classes or if you don’t want to work out in a large group, you can train 1-on-1 with a certified coach! Just make sure you bring your desire, heart and commitment because you can bet our coaches will!
