Nike Summer Performance Camps

 
It doesn’t matter what sport you play--you can’t become a better player by just playing more.  You need to improve your overall athleticism.  The Velocity Sports Performance Nike Summer Performance Series will focus on: 
 
  • Developing explosive power
  • Increasing your speed
  • Improving agility
  • Reducing the likelihood of injury   
The camp features both skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ Training.  Velocity Sports Performance and the Nike Summer Performance Series can take you to the next level.
 
High School Football Speed Camp (June 23 - Aug 15)
Crush your opponent this season! Velocity's team of certified strength and conditioning specialists will help you perform at the top of your game. Train using the same proven methods the pros use and learn techniques to make you a more explosive athlete. Participate in a variety of speed and agility exercises that will guide you to your best season ever! Program is designed to complement the pre-season weight training program at your high school. For ages 13+. 
 
Fall Sports Speed and Conditioning Camp (August 5 - 15)
Our unique program will prepare you for the Fall Sports season and give you an edge over athletes who are competing for your spot on the roster. Increase speed, gain strength and improve overall conditioning. Increase flexibility and range of motion. You will train 3 days a week. For grades 6-8 and 9-12.   
 
Total Athletic Performance Camp (June 23 - Aug 29)
If you want to perform at your best next season, this is the program for you! It's an age-specific program that runs throughout the summer. Unlimited training for dedicated athletes who want the TOTAL Velocity Package: Speed, Power, Agility, Strength, Explosiveness, Flexibility. There's an 8:1 athlete to coach ratio. Maximum results and convenience. Flexible times--pick the schedule that is best for you.  For ages 13+.
 
Youth Sport Readiness Camp (June 23 - August 29)
Develop fundamental motor skills such as running mechanics, balance, coordination and flexibility. Young athletes will be better prepared to play sports with a lower risk of injury. Train 2-3 times per week. For ages 8-12 and all sports.
 
College Peak Performance (available starting May 19)
 
Collegiate athletes, get a jump start on your fall season. This program runs all summer and provides athletes with the opportunity to improve your speed and agility while completing your summer lifting program. Velocity's coaching staff will be on hand to answer questions, correct lifting techniques and ensure that you are getting the most out of your summer workouts. The packages are tailored to accommodate your budget and summer schedule.
