Weight Loss/Toning & Firming
At Velocity Sports Performance, we believe in client education and long term client health and success, we are not into quick fix fad diets and programs that could be hazardous to our clients. Not only will our coaches train you, they will educate you along the way. The goal is not to keep you coming for the rest of your life, but to teach you how to manage the fitness and nutritional aspects of your life. The result, you will lose the weight the correct way and keep it off.
Through our partnership with Sensible Nutrition™, we will guide and teach you on what to eat or when to eat certain foods. A training/cardio log and personalized nutrition plan will be designed for you to follow and to keep you on the right track. In order to monitor your progress, a comprehensive body composition assessment will be performed – these include the following:
* Body fat test - to determine your lean body mass and to know how much body fat you have and how much you need to lose
* Circumference measurements – to determine your total inches
