Learn how to prepare for practice – the real warm up! Velocity’s Sports Performance Coaches and Directors will explain how the warm-up relates to the game and demostrate and teach exercises to the coaches. Velocity Baseball Director and Coaches will teach how to run a practice! Most Coaches know how to perform the mechanics, this clinic will help you learn how to teach the mechanics to the athlete’s. From fielding the ball to throwing the ball – learn the proper sequence required for consistency. Learn how to break down each process and how to explain and demonstrate each move! All mechanics will be covered: throwing, fielding, catching, sliding, hitting and pitching.
