Biggest Loser Contest

Velocity is looking for 10 participants per group, the contest is open to anyone who wants to participate, membership to Velocity is not required. 
 
Participants will meet 3 times per week for 7 weeks with Velocity Trainer Tommy Koutsos to learn how to eat, shop and exercise for a healthy lifestyle.   Workouts will be appropriate for all levels of participants.  There will be weekly recognition and prizes!

WHEN:  Monday, October 5th - Friday, November 20th.  Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:30am - 9:30am OR 7pm to 8pm OR 8pm to 9pm. (7 Weeks Total, You Must Choose 1 Time)
 
COST:  $340.00 includes 21 training sessions AND 1 Week Of a Low-Glycemic Diet.  Bring a friend/partner for an additional $100 to cover the 1 Week Low-Glycemic Diet, split the cost for only $220.00 each.
 
Official weigh in's will be held on Monday, October 5th and November 20th.
 
Example:  200 lb person loses 20 lbs = 10%
              170 lb person loses 20 lbs = 11%
              150 lb person loses 20 lbs = 13%
