  • ·        B.S. in Exercise Science from Elmhurst College.
    ·        Captain of Mount Carmel High School Football team state runner up in 1995. 
    ·        Played 2 years of football at Elmhurst College (2005, 2006).
    ·        Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach for Elmhurst College Football in 2007.
    ·        Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Elmhurst College Basketball in 2007.
    ·        C.P.R. Certified.
    ·        A.C.S.M. Certified.
