Biography

·        Graduate of Western Illinois University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Minor in Nutrition.
·        3 years of Collegiate Football at WIU and Rockford College.
·        NSCA-CPT.
·        NSCA Member.
·        CPR/First Aid Certified.
·        Graduated from Bartlett High School, All Conference Football Player senior year.
·        Currently working towards certifications for NSCA-CSCS & USAW-sports performance coach.
·        Student volunteer at WIU in Strength Conditioning room, working with Women’s softball, basketball, Men’s Football & Basketball
·        Nike/Sparq Certified
