"Game Time" Training Program

Based on suggestions many of you have shared with us over the last few months; we would like to introduce our newest training program. As the best provider of sports performance training in Southwest Florida, we are excited to introduce Velocity’s “Game Time” training program. This training program has been proposed to be added to the lineup for the fall of 2009.  
 
What is Game Time Training…
This is our large group training program, which will be a 60 minute training session where athletes will focus on their development of Speed Mechanics, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, and Core Strength.  Our proven curriculum-based training program, conducted in a group of 20 athletes, by our certified and degreed coaching staff will maximize your athlete’s speed and agility. For optimal gain in performance and fitness, this training program will be offered 2 times a week.
 
We are looking for the first 20 athletes between the ages of 12 to 16 who are interested in being the pioneers of “Game Time” training. To confirm participation in the program, please contact a Velocity Sports Performance representative by calling 649.FAST [3278].  
 
Game Time Training Schedule…
The large group training program will be held at our training center twice a week. Training sessions are Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
 
Game Time Training Package…
The Large Group training is a 3 month program and can be paid in 3 monthly installments of $139.00.
