 This program was developed for the recreational/competitive athlete or fitness
enthusiast in search of a fast paced high energy workout structured for total body conditioning which emphasizes dynamic movement with real world benefits. Velocity Fitness combines a range of athletic based activities designed to improve full body strength, function, shape, and definition.
  
Workouts include:
1)   Active Dynamic Warm-Up: a series of stretching, mobility, and coordination drills
2)   Energy System Development:
an intense conditioning workout which increases overall aerobic 
       capacity,while working on balance, coordination, and foot speed
3)   Strength training:a full body strength training designed to increase the competitive athlete’s performance and
        decreases their risk of injury.
