Complete 180o

Beginner / Intermediate

 This program is designed for those interested in regaining their fitness level, embarking on a healthier lifestyle, or just wanting an alternative to the monotonous gym routine. Velocity’s Complete 180o Program is a less expensive way to work with a certified professional coach. You will work in a small group setting where the client to coach ratio is no more than 8:1, allowing us to focus on each individual’s fitness goal. This course is designed to improve cardiovascular health as well as muscular strength and endurance. The emphasis of the Complete 180o program is to increase your current fitness level while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Adult Fitness

All Levels

 This program was developed for the recreational/competitive athlete or fitness enthusiast in search of a fast paced high energy workout structured for total body conditioning which emphasizes dynamic movement with real world benefits. Velocity Fitness combines a range of athletic based activities designed to improve full body strength, function, shape, and definition.

Both workouts include:
1)   Active Dynamic Warm-Up: a series of stretching, mobility, and coordination drills
2)   Energy System Development:
an intense conditioning workout which increases overall aerobic capacity, while working on balance, coordination, and foot speed
3)   Strength training:a full body strength training designed to increase the competitive athlete’s performance and decreases their risk of injury.
