Sports and Activities played:
               Football & basketball in high school.
Reasons why I come to Velocity Sports Performance:
               To lose weight and build strength.
Describe how Velocity has helped you as an athlete:
                The Velocity coaches pushed me harder than any of my high school sport coaches.
Is there a specific time when you noticed a change in your performance since you started training at Velocity?
               I lost 10 lbs. in my first month of training and noticed I was able to do each exercise better. 
Favorite Athlete and Professional Sports team:
               New York Yankees – Babe Ruth
Most influential VSP coach:
                All of them had their own way of pushing me or influencing me.  This made the workouts     always change and never get boring.  However it seemed like Lisa wanted to hurt me every time I  worked out with her.
Favorite subject in school:
                Math and Science was my thing.
Favorite food:
                Pizza
Favorite exercise or activity at Velocity and least favorite exercise or activity:
                The dumbbell workouts are my favorite.  The bear crawl is the worst thing especially when you do it for 100 yd or more.
Goals for the season:
                When I started my goal was to lose 70 lbs. I am halfway there, so that’s what I am working towards.
In fifteen years…………:
                I will have seen my two daughter graduate college and become successful and hopefully, I will run 3 marathons by then.
