Biography
Justin Leach currently serves as the Center Director and Sports Performance Director here at Rancho Cordova. Justin has previously volunteered as an assistant linebacker and an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the UC Davis Football team and served as Defensive Coordinator/Linebacker and strength and conditioning coach for the Davis High School Bluedevils varsity club Justin is a former Aggie “Helmet” himself.
Justin received his B.S. in Psychology from U.C. Davis with an emphasis in Health and Sports Psychology, and has recently earned his M.S. degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention at the California University of Pennsylvania. Justin maintains his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and carries his USAW Level I Club Coach Certification through the United States Weightlifting Association. He is also a Certified SPARQ Trainer through the Nike SPARQ Network.
Justin enjoys helping young athletes actualize their athletic potential through the ABC’s of training: Attitude. (Maintain a positive attitude.) Best effort. (Maximum effort will yield maximum results.) Commitment. (A display of consistent hard work and dedication with the proper attitude.)
Hobbies include cycling, fishing, camping, cooking, watching anything associated with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and reading professional and personal development books.
