Joe is originally from Knoxville, TN but moved to Richmond where he graduated from Thomas Dale High School.  After graduating, Joe attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he received his degree in Applied Health Sciences with a Sports Medicine concentration.  He also minored in Psychology.  During his last 6 months in school, Joe was an intern with Velocity Sports Performance here in Richmond.  We are excited to have Joe stay on staff as he brings with him an excellent knowledge base and thorough sports background.
