ADULT TRAINING OPTIONS:

Boot Camp
This is a fast-paced 1-hour full-body workout.  Our motivating coaches will lead you through a 20-30 minute Active Dynamic Warm-up, then take you through athletic-based activities that will work your entire body, challenge your muscles, improve strength, function, definition, and fitness, and help you feel great.  We mix up the exercises every time to keep it fun, exciting, and fresh! 

Quick Fit
Just getting started?  Try a 30-minute progressive workout that is designed to change the way you move and feel.  You will see a change in the range of motion of your joints and the stability of your body.  Taking the class at your own pace, you will progress through a series of exercises that will get you moving!  Quick Fit participants take the first half of any Boot Camp class.
