TRMB is a precise sequence of Eastern and Western massage and bodywork techniques choreographed to promote the body’s proper structural integrity thereby enhancing neuromuscular and emotional balance. 

 

Therapeutic Reposturing™ Massage and Bodywork therapists use Reflexology, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue work. Clients participate with deep breathing, feeling their bodies slowly ease into stretches and achieve an enhanced Spiritual, Emotional, Mental and Physical balance in their body.

 

Therapeutic Reposturing™ Massage and Bodywork (TRMB) was chosen at the 1996 Bicentennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia and again in 1997 at the Olympic Training Center in Beijing, China.  Joseph T. Lucero was chosen to work with the athletes from the Republic of Kyrgyzstan at the1996 Olympic Games to optimize performance in their Olympic competition. In 1997, Joseph was honored to be the first American to work at the Olympic Training Center in Beijing, China with the Chinese Olympic Gymnastic Team.
