Youth (ages 6-8)
Classes for budding athletes ages 6-8
• 1-hour sessions led by Velocity Sports Performance personnel
• focuses on learning athletic movements and having fun doing them
• warm-up exercises, speed & agility drills, balance & coordination techniques, games & more
• builds athleticism and confidence

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Fridays 5:45-6:45pm
