For over 20 years, Joe has worked as a performance coach for some of the best athletes in the nation. Since joining Velocity in August of 2005, Joe led the coaching team as the Director of Sports Performance.  He assumed the role as Center Director in November of 2007.

 

Joe enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities to help them stay healthy and achieve their goals and dreams and with coaches to assist them with the difficult job of educating their athletes. He works with many local school districts as an educator in nutritional supplement and steroid abuse.  Joe has 2 children, Joey and Ally, and enjoys golf and running in his spare time.
