- Ranked among the nation’s top 10 jr. college wide receivers by Super Prep 2004
- Signed a letter of intent as a wide receiver for the Oregon Ducks in 2003
- Ranked 6th best jr. college receiver & 15th best overall recruit by College Football News
- Ranked among nation’s top 20 prep receivers from Manual Arts High School 2001
- Ranked 3rd best player as a receiver on the West Coast by Super Prep
- Completed sr. year w/ 83 receptions for more than 1,400 yards & 14 touchdowns to become one of three wide receivers to be named to the Long Beach Press-Telegram’s Best-in-the-West contingent as well as the Tacoma News Tribune’s Western One-Hundred
