Biography

Frank Trigg (nicknamed "Twinkle Toes"), is an American mixed martial arts fighter, colour commentator for PRIDE Fighting Championships, co-host of MMAWeekly.com's radio show, and a co-host of the TAGG radio show, which airs live online and made its debut on April 11, 2007.
 
His career in fighting “officially” began when he made $100 at a place called Billy Bobs. Through the start of his career he would fight in a few fighting promotions, but in November of 1999 he would get his big break as a fighter during PRIDE 8.
 
Frank moved to Los Angeles in 2000 after signing up with manager, and future business partner, Rico Chiapparelli.  In the next two years he fought in the World Fighting Alliance, where he now holds the WFA Welterweight title. In November of 2003 he would begin fighting in matches for UFC.
 
As a fighter Trigg is a veteran of such promotions as Ultimate Fighting Championship, PRIDE Fighting Championships, Rumble on the Rock, Icon Sport and World Fighting Alliance.

He was a contestant on the reality television show Kept, in 2005
