To win on the beach you need to train like a pro.  Velocity Sports Performance has training programs to meet your needs & budget!  By training with Velocity you will:

Peak Performance Program- an integrated program that covers every aspect of preparation for professional athletes, that combines sports performance training (up to 10 sessions / week) with proper nutrition, mental skills training, deep tissue therapy, and sports medicine to maximize athletic performance. Limited Availability.
 
Volleyball Performance Training - training specifically for professional and elite volleyball players. Up to 2-hour training sessions in our 18,000 square foot training center PLUS beach workouts.
 
  • Includes up to 3 Velocity workouts per week
  • Training at Velocity:  Monday - Friday at 8:00am, Tuesday and Thursdays at 2:00pm
  • Velocity at Beach:    Monday & Wedneday at 11:00am
Adult Performance Training - developed for competitive adults that want to improve their athletic performance .  1-hour training sessions with morning, noon, and evening classes available.
