Developmental For Athletes in 6th - 8th grade
This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic
The inclusion of formal Strength and Power training during the 90
minute sessions provides benefits in two ways. First, proper movement techniques with increased force production lead to maximized potential.
Secondly, as athletes naturally increase in
height, weight, strength
and aggressiveness, the need for improved joint integrity is vital for
reducing the chance of injury. We provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the
game is effortless.
Youth For Athletes in 3rd - 5th grade
During this important time in a child's life, youth athletes are
in their "skill-hungry" years. The body is primed for new information
and ready to ingrain new movement patterns. The Youth program is conducted in 60 minute sessions and designed to introduce and create
foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success
environment.
Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique,
athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the
introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital
in establishing a child's athletic

Youth fundamentals classes engage kids in activities that develop fundamental motor skills and coordination
while introducing them to movements in the sports of football,
basketball, T-ball, and soccer. Each session features exercises, fun
drills and age-appropriate games, but more importantly an introduction to speed and agility training.
The adult program is developed for the recreational/competitive athlete or
fitness enthusiast in search of a fast paced, high energy workout structured for total body conditioning. Velocity Fitness combines a range of athletic based activities and dynamic movements designed to improve full body strength, function, shape and definition with real world benefits.
