Classes Offered
Grappling — Self-defense techniques adapted from a combination of traditional martial arts; such as BJJ, Judo, Sambo and wrestling. Wearing traditional Gi or Kimono is not necessary. All levels welcome.
Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids 6 years old and up. In this class your child will learn basic and advanced techniques of self-defense and will prepare for competition.
Youth Wrestling — This class focuses on take downs and defense, and is recommended for young athletes from 6 years old and up. Special programs for athletes preparing for Folk, Greco Roman and Free Style competitions.
MMA All Levels — Combination of MMA fitness, learning advanced MMA techniques and live sparring.
Self-Defense & Introduction to MMA — Class for all levels where students will learn basic self-defense skills as well as high level techniques for MMA enthusiasts and Pro fighters.
Striking — Boxing and Kickboxing techniques. Fast pace class, great for increasing conditioning, strength and balance. All levels welcome.
Open Mat — Wrestling and grappling sparring in a safe and friendly environment under coach supervision. All levels welcome.
