  • Increase your speed by teaching proper movement techniques and improving agility and coordination.  Fast means nothing if you're not running efficiently!
  • Improve overall strength so you can dominate blocking and tackling in the fourth quarter.  Our strength programs increase full body strength, stability and power production to help you defeat your opponent.
  • Gain balance and agility by perfecting foot quickness and steady lateral movement, all of which leads to improved weight distribution, balance, agility and side-to-side cutting ability.
  • Reduce the likelihood of injury by increasing mobility and flexibility or by rehabilitating existing injuries.

The best NFL players show the same qualities; fundamentally sound skills, explosive speed and conditioning to go 4 quarters.  This camp features both football skill instruction and Velocity's speed training.  Players will work with high school coaches as well as NFL Veterans to develop football fundamentals.  

 


Get Faster
Velocity trains all athletes in all sports to improve their overall speed.  Programs progress in running mechanics and focus on refining movement skills.  Strength training is incorporated to aid in their speed development.  Developmental athletes train in age-specific small groups; Developmental 1 (6th-8th Grade), Developmental 2 (9th-12th Grade)
 
Get Stronger

Learn proper weight lifting technique with professional, certified coaches to gain the most strength benefits and reduce the chance of injury.  Stay healthy and get stronger in and out of season.
