    Developmental Training For Athletes 6th - 12th Grade
    Building Athletes is Our Goal!
    Velocity trains athletes in all sports to improve their overall STRENGTH.  Within the 90-minute session, strength training is incorporated to aid in athletes' sport performance.  Developmental athletes train in age-specific small group classes: Developmental 1 (6th-8th Grade), Developmental 2 (9th-12th Grade)
