Whether you're a current athlete looking to regain your edge or just a busy person wanting to gain health and vitality, Velocity is the place for you. Each program is designed for a variety of fitness levels and for people striving for a wide range of fitness goals. 
 
Unlike programs in conventional health clubs, VELOCITY FITNESS is performed in a state-of-the art facility used to train a wide range of athletes, from seven year-old soccer players to three-time Pro Bowl wide receivers. 
 
 
With science and motivation in their hands, our coaches create more challenging and higher intensity classes designed with not only athletic performance in mind but also fitness enrichment.  You don't have to be an athlete to participate.  You will receive one-on-one attention at a fraction of the cost from the best fitness and performance enhancement coaches in the Metroplex. 
 
VELOCITY FITNESS includes a balance of functional movements designed to make everyday activities less taxing and at the same time get you in the best shape of your life.  Area’s we focus on are total body strength, core strength, balance, and flexibility.

Fall Fitness Eight Week Challenge
The Holidays are coming up, you need to be in the best shape of your life to survive!
 
Pre-evaluations will be on Monday & Tuesday, September 21st & 22nd, this is your starting point.
Workouts Start September 28th and go through November 21st.
Post-evaluation will be on Thursday & Friday, November 19th & 20th.
 
Who is this Challenge For?
    The Fall Fitness Eight Week Challenge is for anyone who wants to get their body ready in shape before the eating and party frenzy of the holiday season.  This challenge is for anyone 18 & up wanting to experience a real fitness routine that constantly changes and causes your body to adapt to these changes by losing fat and building muscle.  Nutrition classes will be offered to help you change your lifestyle habits of overeating and will also help you stamp out those dieting myths.
 
What changes will I see in Eight Weeks of Workouts?
    You will see a change in your body that will allow you to fit into clothes that used to be snug, carry the kids around and not feel tired, you will feel stronger, more confident and better than ever.
 
What time are the trainings?
    We offer numerous training times each day.
    Monday - Thursday @ 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, Noon, 5pm, & 6pm.
    Fridays @ 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, & Noon.
    Saturdays @ 8:30am & 11:30am.
 
Cost?
    $298 for the Eight Weeks, around $7 per session
