Athlete Programs

Our unique approach to athletic development begins with our small group training classes devoted to three aspects that we believe to be essential in creating the most explosive athlete we possibly can.  The aspect focused on first in each training session is Flexibility,  our degreed and certified coaches will start each class off with about a 10 to 15 min. dynamic warm-up.
     From there we will go on to our portion of Movement for the workout.  The movement will  focus on your athlete's linear or lateral movement.  We will further break the linear movement into the Acceleration Phase (first 8 to 10 steps) or Max Velocity (10th step and on out) focusing on the proper form and technique to help your athlete be as efficient as possible with their movements so their body isn't fighting itself to get up to speed.  Finally we will end with age appropriate exercises focusing on core strength and explosiveness.
