Biography

Coach Carter graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University where he started for four years at free safety.  Coach Carter was a three time all conference and all region player for the Savage Storm.  He also played two seasons with the Frisco Thunder of the Professional Indoor Football League and was team MVP in 2008.
